2022 Colli Tortones Timorasso Layered and polished with a100% Timorasso The white wine variety Timorasso is a native grape variety from northern Italy and is one of the rare varieties in Piedmont, where it is recognized in the provinces of Alessandria, Asti and Cuneo. In 1999, the area planted with vineyards in Italy was only 51 hectares, mainly in the Valle Grue, Val Borbera and Val Curone valleys. The vine has been known in the region around the hills near Tortona since the 15th century. In the 19th
