After many sales and closures, the distillery operated at times as the Ledaig Distillery. However, after another closure, it was renamed Tobermory again. Today the distillery is very successful in producing non smoky whiskey which they bottle as Tobermory. And also smoky single malt, which they bring into the glasses of connoisseurs as Ledaig.
