This is a rare early design of Usher's from the 1950's and it has the very rare black Frank Usher label, which was his first. The dress is made of rows of draped silk chiffon pleated at an angle. It is lined with muslin and has built in "boning" and built in hoops for the wide skirt. This dress has exceptional details and closes with a zipper in the back. It
