Constructed of a padded grey blue wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered silver grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika and executed in dark grey, slate grey, and silver grey machine embroidery, the reverse retaining its original black rayon cloth backer, unmarked but demonstrating the characteristics of a four tone variant produced by a
