This is a very rare uniform patch insignia from World War One for the Headquarters Company 6th Marines. The patch features a black felt diamond background that measures about 5 1 2" tall and 4 1 4" wide, with a five pointed star painted Indian Head design patch sewn to the center. These patches are extremely rare and ones in this high grade very good condition are close to impossible to find on the market. Marines
