This is a massive cow horn powder flask that measures over 18 inches in length. Designed for use with cannon in the late 18th century. Bears branded markings in the horn of "B2 60", perhaps 2nd Battery, 60th Regimen? The wood base plug has a large Broad Arrow stamp indicating British military use. A truly massive gunner's horn and well marked indicating historical use.
