A Heer Officers visor cap wreath underlay, constructed of card stock, bearing clear guides for the addition of silver aluminum wire features, affixed to a dark green wool backer, the underlay measuring 125 mm (w) x 40 mm (h), in near mint condition. 2. A Kriegsmarine Officers cap eagle underlay, constructed of card stock, bearing clear guides for the addition of gold
