It is sent by the Adjutant of the Reich Governor of Wrttemberg, an SS Obersturmfhrer, his signature is indecipherable. It states that Miss Margarete Teufel from the University of Tbingen won the Reich Vocational Competition in 1938. She is being congratulated. The sender states that the letter is accompanied by a prize, the book of the Fhrer. It is unknown which book is
