This helmet is a fine example and still retains all of its original WW2 parts and the shell has all original "corked" grain paint with four original red crosses over a base of white paint
and then join in the general advance into northern Germany

The helmet is actually named on the chinstrap to Private John A Lesson, 11th Field Artillery Regiment and attached to the 6th Infantry Division for most of the war. He enlisted on April 29, 1918 and served overseas from August 14, 1918 to May 22, 1919,
