Instituted 5 December 1841 by Prince Konstantin of Hohenzollern Hechingen and Prince Karl Anton of Hohenzollern Sigmaringen. (1852 present issue). Constructed of silver with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Cross Patte with pebbled arms trimmed with black enameled borders and joined together through the quadrants by a green
